At Restaurant Novice, it is always a culinary adventure. Here we like to introduce you to the pure flavors of our dishes. Dishes are served with a story, and in the process we value sustainability and local collaborations. We are inspired by the seasons and work with ingredients from our own vegetable garden. Together with our students we strive for a better world.
Conceiving, preparing and serving quirky and surprising dishes is a source of inspiration for both the students and our guests. Our menu changes regularly and we serve appropriate wines with the dishes. From Monday to Saturday you can enjoy lunch, drinks and dinner at Restaurant Novice, and for a full breakfast you are welcome daily in our cozy restaurant.
